Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to strategize for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase client retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business opportunities.

Preferred

  • Experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
