Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to strategize for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase client retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
